Dotty began her ministry in 1990 when along with her husband she attended a Christian Counseling curriculum instructed by Praising His Word Ministry out of Liberty College in Florida. Dotty and her husband ministered counseling for a church in Atlanta Georgia on a part time basis until receiving an offer in 1993 to join the staff full time in the position of licensed counselors working along side the pastors, counseling staff members as well as church members and non-members. Shortly after a new position was created for them and they became Directors of Counseling and commissioned to establish a counseling center on site and teach and train lay counselors. During their ministry at this church Dotty and her husband did establish the counseling center and raised up lay counselors as well as teach and train in other fields.

 

In October of 2000 they were ordained and left to begin their own ministry. They worked together in their ministry for several years when it became apparent that God wash changing some things and Dotty was to counsel full time and her husband join in on a need to be basis. Still counseling, the hope Dotty has is to minister spiritual, emotional and physical healing as part of her ordained destiny.
