Detoxification after Breast Cancer

This past weekend I met Tonya who had just gone through a protocol of chemotherapy and radiation for breast cancer. She had a question regarding coffee enemas and the benefits of detoxification. Having gone through two years of chemotherapy and radiation myself I can tell you it is one of the most intense treatments to endure. I actually got sick in the parking lot a year after finishing my treatment which was my body’s innate reaction when placed in the same environment. I found that others had also experienced this phenomenon. The best analogy for chemotherapy is that of an atomic bomb. It wipes out everything, the bad cells as well as the good cells. Today I had a wonderful meeting with Coach Woods celebrating Black History Month.
I met some incredibly nice people. Some of whom have been suffering with colds and virus’s during the winter season. The following are a couple of recommendations that have helped me get through this time of year: 
 
This is a great recipe for heading off a cold or virus before it has time to assimilate into your system. I have found that when you first get that scratchy sensation in your throat and start feeling lethargic immediately start gargling with the following products which can be picked up at your local mom and pop health food store.

Have you tried Oil Swishing? This method of detoxification is quite inexpensive and easy to incorporate into your daily routine. This form of alternative healing is derived from Ayveredic medicine and has been practiced for thousands of years in India.
Instructions
