Our Emotions and Our Health
I have found that anger will manifest if our perception is not congruent with another person. Perception is in the eye of the beholder and even though two people may be looking at the same situation they will perceive based on their own interpretation. This can be influenced by their past hurts, insecurities and life experiences. If one fails to communicate their view of the situation properly then another can take offense and anger can present itself. Anger is not necessarily a bad emotion, I think God gave us anger as a protective measure and the Bible says “do not sin in your anger” (Ephesians 4:26).
I think the problem arises w ...

Hi Tina,
Here are the directions for Dry Skin Brushing, Please call me if you have any questions.
Skin brushing is a wonderful way to open up an area of elimination through the largest organ in the body “You’re Skin”! Shedding of skin is a natural process which our bodies are constantly doing. Skin brushing is a highly effective technique for assisting the lymphatic system and boosting circulation. The following are guidelines to help you get started: Always use a “Natural Bristle” Brush such as Bass which you can find in your local health food store. If you use the script I gave Eileen you will receive 10% off the purchase.

Blood Group A cancer Immunologic Factors
Blood group A exhibits increased levels of P-glycoprotein which may indicate why individuals may not respond to conventional chemotherapy as well as other blood groups. The newer chemotherapies, which are monoclonal antibodies, such as trastuzumab may have a more causative affect because of their ability to target cancer cells. The data from these studies show very positive results. An increase in survival rate had improved survival rates to 52% compared to standard chemotherapy. It would be interesting to know what percentage of patients in this particular study (B-31) were Blood Group “A”. It appears that a more integrated treatment protocol should be co ...

How can reflexology help with bladder control?
Reflexology is a wonderful way to aid the body in natural healing. Many systems benefit from the balancing effect of this ancient therapy. The feet have numerous reflex points which relate to all parts of the body. These reflex points are found on the soles, the top, and the sides of the feet. These reflex areas connect to the entire body through meridians or energy channels. The hands can be massaged when it is not possible to work on the feet. Although the hands are not as sensitive as the feet initially, they wi ...

When one thinks of warts they usually visualize a beautiful princess kissing a wart ridden frog. But all is not as it appears...occasionally the Princess is the one infected with those pesky warts. Where they appear typically depends on what type of wart is raising its ugly head. Warts are non-cancerous skin growths that are caused by a virus (HPV or Human Papillomavirus) that inhabits the top layer of the skin. The virus can invade your skin through small cuts and breaks. This is one of the reasons your Mom told you to always wear your shoes outside. Children, teens, and people with allergies or weakened immune systems are more vulnerable to the wart virus. Each person’s immune system responds to warts differently, meaning not everyone who comes in contact with HPV will develop warts.

Dear Jim,
I am sorry to hear that you are not sleeping throughout the night. Without enough restful sleep, you may feel like your dragging through the day. You can also become less sharp mentally, less productive, and more vulnerable—both emotionally and physically. Over time, insufficient sleep can impact your immune function and make you feel tired. If your immune system is compromised over time you may find yourself catching colds more often or just feeling like the “little train that couldn’t”. In any event, it is good to follow up with your medical doctor to see if there is an underlying condition which could causing your sleep disturbance. There are many natural solutions to choose from for sleep deprivation.
Getting enough sleep is one of ...

Sinus infection, or sinusitis, is an inflammation of the sinuses and nasal passages. Symptoms of a sinus infection include a headache or pressure in the eyes, cheeks, nose, or on one side of the head. Other symptoms may include nasal congestion with thick nasal secretions, cough, fever or bad breath.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is a popular remedy for stopping sinus infections. It is an amazing home remedy. Taken as a preventative it has an alkalizing effect on the body. It is beneficial to take apple cider vinegar before the sinus infection occurs, which for most people is at the start of allergies, colds, flu, etc.
We have found that when apple cider vinegar is taken either as a da ...
