Suggested Use: Apply 1/4 teaspoon cream into soft tissue areas such as face, breast, inner arms, thighs, hands or bottom of feet. Rotate areas to avoid saturation.
Menstruating women: Use for two weeks of your cycle, 1 – 2 times daily, starting day 10 – 14 to day 24 – 28. (Day one is first day of menstrual flow). To soothe PMS, increase cream amount on days 20 – 28. Relief may be experienced within 1 – 3 monthly cycles.
